Sweet Potato Pulled Lamb,
Sweet potato topped with pulled lamb, served with Beetroot side salad -GF, NF (HOT).
Contains sweet potato, chickpeas, lamb, sumac, onion, parsley, beetroot, green lentil mint, parsley yoghurt, red onion, dill.

Sweet Potato Chickpeas,
Sweet potato, chickpeas served with broccoli salad – V, GF, NF, H (COLD).
Contains roasted sweet potato, chickpeas, tomato, onion, red peppers, pine nuts, tahini, garlic, parsley, Cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, cranberry, almond flakes, pomegranate seeds and balsamic glaze.

Chicken Leg infused with Lemon Tarragon & Shallots, 
Chicken leg infused with lemon, tarragon and shallots served with a roasted butternut squash side salad – NF, H (HOT)
Contains chicken leg, shallot onion, thyme, capers, garlic, Roasted Butternut squash, crispy red onion & sage, roasted chickpea with feta cheese, mint, parsley sauce
